If you’re new to the concept of integrative medicine, you’ll be glad to know that our approach utilizes the expertise of medical professionals across disciplines to provide each patient with a knowledgeable, well-rounded team. This helps us to ensure that nothing is overlooked as we design a care plan for you based on your medical history and present symptoms. Our goal is always to help you discover solutions for functioning without pain.
The Integrative Physical Health team is focused on helping our patients to explore non-surgical treatments for symptoms and conditions that impact the musculoskeletal system. We’re often able to help these patients find relief using noninvasive, effective therapies that focus on healing blockages or imbalances within one or more of the body’s systems that are making it impossible for the body to heal itself. Integrative Physical Health uses a unique multi-phase approach to treatment that’s tailored to your specific area of concern. Our patients find that correcting an issue across multiple sessions provides a very gently, comfortable experience that yields very noticeable results.
When you come to see us at our office, we’ll begin with a thorough examination that helps us to identify the root cause of any pain, mobility issues or health issues that are concerning you. We do this because we know that symptoms can manifest in many different ways. Often, an unknown injury or blockage in the body that has been overlooked in routine screenings and examinations can be the cause of troubling symptoms that leave you feeling defeated.
Once we’ve made a personalized diagnosis that takes into account the whole picture, we’ll collaborate with you on creating a customized, multidisciplinary treatment plan that utilizes our decades of experience and proven research-backed methods. We’re excited to help our patients get on a path to healing! We want you to know that living a healthy, pain-free life is possible regardless of how long you’ve been living with pain issues.

Frequently Asked Questions
what is regenerative medicine?
Focused on restoring structure and function to damaged tissue, regenerative medicine is an approach to healing that has shown promising results in clinical practices. This approach utilizes materials that assist with the body’s natural healing process through the release of growth factors and cytokines at the site of damaged tissue. As a result, the building blocks needed for regeneration and reconstruction are in place to allow the body to heal naturally without invasive surgery or powerful, potentially addictive medicines.
what is spinal decompression?
A common non-surgical treatment for stretching the spine. Spinal decompression is effective for alleviating pain and pressure. During a spinal decompression, a care provider stretches the spine with the intention of “tricking” the paraspinal muscles into circumventing the natural reaction of spasming or tightening. Spinal compression allows for the space between each vertebra to create the right setting for displaced or misaligned discs to return to the correct position. As a result, painful pressure on the spine is alleviated. In addition to relieving pain, a spinal decompression is also effective for increasing blood flow that fosters natural healing in the body. At Integrated Physical Medicine, our doctors utilize a computerized decompression table to record the body’s response during stretching. This enables us to customize treatment for each patient to produce optimal results.
what is non invasive laser therapy?
Designed to promote cellular healing and regeneration, laser therapy treatments involves directing photons of laser energy at a patient’s tissue. This conservative, noninvasive treatment helps to increase circulation and decrease pain. Laser therapy is commonly used to enhance the effects of joint injections without creating inflammation.
what types of injuries does your office treat?
At Integrative Physical Health, we treat a variety of sports injuries and accident-related injuries. This includes whiplash injuries, lower-back pain, neck pain, sports strains, post-breakage healing and headaches stemming from accidents. While it’s recommended for patients to seek treatment for pain management as soon as possible after an accident or serious injury, we can still provide treatments and pain relief resources months or years following an accident. While we specialize in no-surgical treatments, some of our massage treatments and therapies may be beneficial for speeding up healing if you’ve had surgery to treat an injury.
What types of conditions do your office treat?
Integrative Physical Health offers support for a wide variety of conditions. Patients commonly see us for help with body aches, neck pain, low back pain, sore muscles, knee pain, chronic migraines, headaches, scoliosis, joint pain, spinal blockages and more. As an integrative healthcare office, we also specialize in preventative care for injuries and strains. Many of our patients come to us because they are looking to learn how to strengthen their bodies to avoid injuries as they get older.
What is Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy?
Platelet rich plasma (PRP) therapy, is a revolutionary treatment that relieves pain by promoting long lasting healing of musculoskeletal conditions using the power of your own body. PRP therapy’s natural healing process intensifies the body’s efforts to heal an injury. A small sample of your blood is drawn (similar to a lab test sample) and placed in a centrifuge that spins the blood at high speeds, separating the platelets from the other components. These platelets are then further concentrated depending on their specific use. The concentrated platelet rich plasma (PRP) is then injected into and around the point of injury, thereby significantly strengthening the body’s natural healing signal. Because your own blood is used, there is no risk of a transmissible infection and a very low risk of allergic reaction.
